You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those integrations complies with the third party's terms, permissions, and technical constraints. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where legally permitted, scrape content at abusive volumes, or use RunCoach to violate laws or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.
6. AI Outputs and Coaching Guidance
RunCoach relies heavily on AI to produce athlete-specific insights and recommendations. Those outputs are informational tools. They may be incomplete, imperfect, or unsuitable for your exact situation. You remain responsible for training decisions, pacing choices, recovery choices, and how you interpret any guidance. RunCoach is not a medical provider, and its content does not constitute medical advice.
7. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Endurance training carries risk. If you have an injury, medical condition, concerning symptoms, or any uncertainty about whether you should train, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on training advice or AI-generated outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
RunCoach, its design, software, text, branding, and underlying systems are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from protected elements except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
9. User Content and Feedback
